  • These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of goods and services by PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional to the customer. By placing an order for Products, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
  • Orders for Products may be placed by the Customer by email, telephone, or online through the PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional website. All orders are subject to acceptance by PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional.
  • The prices for the Products are set out in PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional’s price list in effect at the time of shipment, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling charge, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment for Products is due upon receipt of invoices. PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional may, in its sole discretion, require prepayment or a deposit before accepting an order.
  • PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Products on the date agreed to with the Customer. Title to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
  • Warranties for the Products are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific brand of the Products. PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period specified by the brand’s terms and conditions.
  • In no event will PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Products.
  • Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PT. Klasse Mitra Internasional and the Customer with respect to the sale of Products. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the sale of Products.
